The city bikes are available from April to November the 30th. After that we have winterbikes available until April again. During the winterseason, there are fewer bikes than normal. Winterbikes are primarily intended to cover the city center area, so there will be fewer bikes furhter from the city center. Be aware that it can be slippery in winter, especially black asphalt can have icy parts you do not see, so adjust speed and be carful when taking turns etc.

Sometimes it takes a few minutes before the SMS code comes through. Wait and retry if you experience problems.
The purpose of the SMS code is to verify that it’s you. The personal PIN-code can be made when you are logged in to your account and can be used directly on the stations to unlock a bike.
No, you only get 5 extra day passes when buying a season pass at full price, as a member of OBOS. Subscriptions bought with discount or special offers does not include this benefit.
